Mount Airy is Leading PA Casinos in Improving Employment Diversity
During FY 2022/2023, Mount Airy Casino had one of the top improvement rates for employment diversity, according to the diversity report by the PGCB. The casino in Monroe County made strides with both its executives and full-time staff.

Higher Levels of Diversity Among Full-Time Workers at Mount Airy
With a 5% increase over 2022, Mount Airy Casino had one of the strongest turnarounds in terms of diversity levels.
Since FY 2020/2021, Mount Airy has had a 7% decline in its Caucasian workforce. Hispanic hiring at Mount Airy Casino increased by 4% over the FY 2022. The second-highest proportion of any group is represented by the 17% of Hispanics in Monroe County. In FY 2022/2023, Mount Airy Casino has increased its hiring of African Americans by 3%. African Americans make up the third-most prevalent ethnic group in Monroe County at 14.8%.
