Hollywood’s Online Casino Licensee Increased by Almost 30% Month Over Month in February

In February, the Hollywood Penn National online casino license saw a notable boost in income over the previous month. In February, the license, which consists of DraftKings, BetMGM, Fanatics, and Hollywood, generated $84.3 million in revenue for the month.
The revenue is not broken out per operator by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. While being the youngest on the list of all PA casinos online, Fanatics probably had a significant influence over its first full month as a PA online casino operating under the Hollywood license.
Hollywood Penn National Licensee Beats the State’s Record Income for February
It comes as no surprise that the licensee with the most revenue, DraftKings Casino PA and BetMGM Casino PA combined, will dominate the market. However, more recent and smaller operators, like Fanatics Casino PA and Hollywood Casino PA, are also making a contribution.
The Hollywood Penn National’s January earnings of approximately $64.9 million were the lowest since July 2023. The licensee has hovered around the $75 million range during the previous several months:
- October: $73.1 million
- November: $73.1 million
- December: $76.8 million
- January: $64.9 million
Even though January was a quiet month, February’s $84.3 million surge was up almost 30% from the previous month.
Although the state’s most popular game is slots, table games took center stage last month. Table gaming income for operators reached a record $56.6 million, up 53.4% from the previous month.
Revenue from table gaming was $29.8 million for the Hollywood Penn National licensee, up from $12.8 million in January.
It’s very conceivable that in its first full month, Fanatics had a big influence in Pennsylvania.
