Customer Retention Rates at FanDuel Casino Pennsylvania are Trending Up

There seems to be a competition between many online casinos in Pennsylvania for headlines. FanDuel is now a competitive player in PA thanks to increased client retention rates.
After DraftKings, FanDuel is now the second-best platform available. It would be fascinating to see how 2024 will play out in the very competitive online PA casinos market.
Among Online PA casinos, FanDuel Seems to be Retaining More Customers
In addition to having the best sportsbook in the nation, including Pennsylvania, FanDuel is also establishing a massive online casino business. According to a newsletter by Brad Allen and Chris Krafcik of The EKG Line of Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, FanDuel Casino PA has shown the highest customer retention rate over the previous 60 days.
It outperformed rivals like BetMGM Casino PA and DraftKings Casino PA, with a 5% retention rate. These are the results:
- FanDuel: 5%
- BetMGM: 4%
- DraftKings: 2%
The EKG Line calculated retention rates from the standalone casino applications using data from Sensor Tower, a data intelligence and analytics business. Additionally, it said that FanDuel has capacity to develop and has increased its gross gaming revenue (GGR). The operator controlled by Flutter increased its market share from 20% over the previous 12 months to 22% over the last three months ending in November.
FanDuel’s platform rated sixth in The EKG Line’s unique casino app testing. If FanDuel continues to climb the standings, it may take the top place for total gambling in 2024.
