On May 2, Caesars Entertainment disclosed intentions to introduce a stand-alone PA iGaming app during its 2023 Q1 earnings call.

In PA, Caesars runs both its sportsbook and casino. This week, the company also opened Tropicana PA Casino under the Harrah’s Philadelphia license.

The company hopes to expand its client base with the introduction of a standalone casino app. The business is making an effort to attract more fans of slot games to their product.

Over the past few months, Caesars has been overtaking operators in PA. Caesars intends to compete with the biggest competitors in the market by launching new items and rebranding existing ones to provide better products.

Caesars Has Made Preparations to Introduce a Stand-Alone PA iGaming App

Caesars Sports & Online Gaming President Eric Hession, in his opening remarks at the beginning of the 2023 Q1 results call stated that the business will first roll out a new standalone iGaming app early in the third quarter. With this exciting addition to its product line, the company will be able to grow gaming content and improve consumer interaction through a dedicated application that will feature new unique offers and enhanced marketing opportunities.

The business hasn’t determined whether the new app would bear the Caesars brand, according to President and CEO Tom Reeg. Caesars has no problem conducting business under various names, particularly in PA.

Caesars Entertainment has opened Tropicana Casino in the state under the authority of Harrah’s Philadelphia license. This is the second iGaming establishment in PA that is operated by Caesars.

The Caesars Sportsbook PA app is the only way to access the company’s current online casino.
